Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years underwriting experience in centralized lending.
• Experience with complex credit structures and exposures up to $10MM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an individual pipeline to support Business Banking production.
• Review financial and credit information to make sound credit decisions up to $10MM.
• Under single approval authority up to $4MM.
• Assess risk profile of borrowers.
• Mentor and train new hires and assist with other UW families as needed.
• Collaborate with credit and segment risk to meet department goals.
• Provide backup for manager for meetings and huddles.
• Represent manager outside function when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
