Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Banking Sales Operations Representative III to serve as a subject matter expert for business accounts and lending, supporting complex operations and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with teams to improve workflows, test processes, and lead data-driven improvements, while administering the sales incentive program and providing ongoing operational insights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4–6 years of recent financial services experience.
• Knowledge of business account and lending regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process complex business membership requests related to accounts and lending issues, identifying root causes and resolving them.
• Lead QA and risk mitigation efforts for business accounts and lending apps to ensure policy and regulatory alignment.
• Research applicable compliance rules and deadlines; inform management of changes needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, products, services, and system integrations.
• Test new and existing business account and lending processes, and provide recommendations based on results.
• Draft and update policies, procedures, and job aids with the Policy & Procedures department.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve offerings and efficiency.
• Manage the sales incentive program data entries, calculations, and reporting.
