Job summary

Xceedance seeks an experienced Business Architect for Duck Creek Reinsurance to lead design and delivery of reinsurance solutions in North America. You will drive large program delivery, architecture integrity, and pre-sales solutioning for ceded and assumed reinsurance on the Duck Creek platform.

The role requires 15+ years in delivery leadership, deep reinsurance knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in system implementation and delivery leadership.
5+ years of reinsurance domain knowledge with Duck Creek Reinsurance.
Experience with executive stakeholder management on US-based on-site engagements; global exposure preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong governance using Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation and release readiness.
Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
Ability to scale teams and build high-performance delivery culture.

Responsibilities

Lead large Duck Creek reinsurance programs from design to delivery.
Ensure functional/architectural integrity and delivery predictability for reinsurance workstreams.
Design, develop and deploy reinsurance-focused Duck Creek solutions.
Translate client reinsurance requirements into Duck Creek designs.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solutions and value propositions for Duck Creek Reinsurance.
Deliver functional demos and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
Ensure solutions are scalable and align with transformation objectives and EA standards.
Build practice offerings aligned to Insurance SI needs and drive account expansion.
Collaborate with Sales to shape opportunities and position Xceedance as a strategic partner.
