Job summary

DXC Technology Company seeks a Senior Business Analyst with Workers’ Compensation domain expertise to bridge IT and insurance operations, analyzing and designing solutions for policy, claims, and underwriting systems.

You will lead projects, mentor junior staff, gather requirements, validate data, and ensure regulatory compliance using SQL, agile methods, and data visualization tools while collaborating with customers and IT teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or technology is generally required, with masters preferred.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in a business analyst role, with 5+ years' experience in Insurance Software Domain.
• Experience and knowledge of US workers' comp regulations

They will bridge the gap between IT and insurance operations, analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions for policy, claims, and underwriting systems. They require deep knowledge of US workers' comp regulations, 5+ years of insurance experience, and skills in requirement gathering, SQL, and agile methodologies.In addition, they will work with customers and IT teams to analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement strategic, high-complexity solutions. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
