Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business or related field.
• Advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years’ experience in BA, IT, business ops, or related fields.
• 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, product ownership, testing or data analytics preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for requirements and testing outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and across IT and business teams.
• Attention to detail in requirements and documentation.
• Able to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for complex initiatives across applications, software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Support software and hardware intake by defining needs, scope, impacts, and prioritization.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and trace requirements across domains.
• Translate requirements into specs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead UAT coordination and validation including test approaches and sign-off.
• Serve as liaison among business users, IT, vendors, and leadership.
• Perform current/future-state analysis and change impact assessments.
• Prepare documentation for requirements, testing, and projects.
• Guide junior analysts on practices.
