Job summary

Five & Done, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and oversee all business analysis efforts on the team, partnering with clients to define the roadmap and growth strategies for the group.

You will act as SME for applications, translate requirements into functional specs, and drive cross-functional initiatives with UX and Development to deliver valuable enhancements aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• SME for applications and processes, balancing internal and client needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs for tech teams.
• Lead client UAT and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and drive roadmap discussions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME on the application and the process(es) it supports for both internal and external teams
• Assess value and feasibility of new features requested by the client, and provide recommendations based on the results
• Lead impact analysis efforts for new features and requests
• Lead efforts to continuously improve internal processes and the application(s) you support
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and understand business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Supervise the translation of business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams, ensuring all use cases and impacts are captured
• Oversee client UAT sessions, ensuring all test cases are captured and providing guidance based on findings
• Review requirements and documentation created by team members, providing actionable feedback and direction
• Oversee documentation efforts, ensuring integration guides and support materials align with evolving client needs and internal standards
• Coordinate the communication of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Serve as a point of escalation for stakeholders
• Lead internal and external meetings as needed
• Develop a close, strategic partnership with the client, anticipating their needs, and ensuring all solutions align with their objectives
• Challenge ideas and provide guidance to team members
• Mentor and facilitate growth for team members
• Direct brainstorming sessions for new enhancements
• Work hand in hand with the project manager and client to define the roadmap
• Take ownership of and oversee all efforts related to new enhancements and functionality
• Manage the proposal of strategic technical solutions and enhancements that align with client goals
• Drive collaboration efforts with UX and Development teams to define new features and functionality, ensuring alignment with user needs
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to compile and communicate key insights, identify strategic improvement opportunities, and deliver recommendations to the client
