Qualifications

• Min 2 years exposure to Procurement, Manufacturing, or Inventory Management.
• Min 1 year's experience in Procure to Pay as a buyer/analyst/coordinator/accounts payable analyst.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on at least one of SAP MM, SRM, Oracle Purchasing, or Oracle ASCP.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming purchase requisitions and create RFQ to suppliers.
• Negotiate rates based on quotes and create purchase orders in ERP.
• Follow up with suppliers to get promise dates and expedite orders.
• Work with warehouse and accounts payable to resolve issues.
• Conduct RFI process and enroll new suppliers.
