Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Governance team responsible for measuring the quality of the Selling Partner Experience. The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights and delivering reliable dashboards for senior leadership.

You will own KPI development, cross-functional collaboration, and the design of scalable analytics solutions. A strong background in Excel, SQL, and data visualization will be essential to succeed in this high-visibility

Qualifications

5+ years of Excel experience (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and Tableau experience.
3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience with SQL.
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
Partner with operations/business teams to develop KPIs, automated reporting, and process improvements.
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it clearly.
Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team.
Participate in strategic planning discussions and deliver business reviews to senior management.
Design, develop and maintain automated, scalable dashboards and systems to meet business needs.
