What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design product model architecture to ensure maintainability, scalability, and system performance
- Collaborate with offshore VC product modeling teams to ensure alignment with business needs
- Facilitate business process and master data alignment with SAP best practices for Variant Configuration (VC)
- Gather, validate, and document VC product model specifications by interviewing experts and conducting workshops
- Conduct thorough cycle testing, including unit, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of hands-on VC model building experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- 2+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations as a functional/technical professional
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP ECC 6.0 VC
- Strong understanding of variant configuration product models and related SAP modules

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Order BOM and Engineering Change Management (ECM)
- Proven ability to influence business teams and describe standard SAP business processes
- Experience with technology-enabled business solutions in a high talent SAP Center of Excellence (COE) team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment
