JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, design, development, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate will translate organizational needs into effective system requirements, user stories, and solutions for business and technical teams.

Experience with SAP reporting or Power BI reporting is highly desirable.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements and SDLC activities.
• Experience in Agile software delivery teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or equivalents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with SAP reporting or Power BI reporting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project information: status, risks, dependencies, timelines.
• Work in Agile environments delivering iterative value.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Translate objectives into actionable system requirements.
• Support business case development and risk/benefit analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost avoidance and enterprise value.
• Break down complex requirements into tasks with end-to-end view.
• Collaborate with other units to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
• Provide consulting and analysis support across organizational levels.
