Job summary

Sterling Search Partners is assisting a rapidly growing client in recruiting a Technical Business Analyst. The candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging Power BI for dashboards and reports. Strong communication, data analysis, and familiarity with Microsoft applications are essential. The role is onsite in the US with no relocation required.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and able to work across teams to drive efficiency and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Power BI with dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Utilize Microsoft applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) for analysis and collaboration.
• Assist with basic IT setup, including configuring email accounts and installing software.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations by coordinating with technical teams and users.
• Document workflows, processes, and system requirements clearly.
• Provide ongoing training to users on systems and reporting tools.
