Job summary

Nortal seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join a US-focused team, working remotely from Latin America. You will gather and document business needs, translate them into clear specs, and write user stories with acceptance criteria for QA and UAT.

You’ll collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders while maintaining Azure DevOps backlogs. Prior experience with cloud projects and advanced English is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
Senior BA with proven requirements gathering experience.
Hands-on Azure DevOps, including user stories & acceptance criteria.
Hands-on SQL experience and strong analytical skills.
Advanced English required for US client communication.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document them clearly.
Translate needs into requirements, flows and functional specs.
Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for UAT.
Maintain backlog in Azure DevOps and track work items.
Explain requirements to developers in actionable terms.
Participate in Nortal’s Technical Interviewer Program for teams.
