What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects from inception to deployment, acting as a subject matter expert for migration efforts
- Analyze large data sets to prepare for migrations and document current and future business processes
- Communicate and train internal and external business partners on new initiatives
- Develop and implement business solutions through research and analysis
- Troubleshoot system or process-related issues and ensure solutions meet business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience in business or process analysis, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with problem investigation and resolution skills
- 3+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects
- 3+ years of experience in a large-scale ERP environment (e.g., PeopleSoft)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with waterfall, agile, or hybrid project management environments
