What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently create, optimize, and automate SQL queries to support revenue cycle reporting needs
- Develop and design standardized data models for analytics and reporting
- Validate and reconcile inbound data feeds for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with project team members to maintain detailed data modeling and requirements documents
- Communicate ongoing updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project status and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare-related data analytics or reporting role
- 3+ years of intermediate experience working with SQL
- Proven knowledge/experience in data modeling concepts
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues and propose documented solution recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management Analytics
- Experience with both RCM Acute and RCM Ambulatory data, data modeling, analytics, and reporting
- Knowledge of multiple healthcare electronic record systems: Epic, Cerner, Meditech, MS4 (AS400)
- Proven ability to facilitate constructive dialogue on business requirements
