Job summary

Digitek Software, Inc. seeks an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, design, and testing for the modernization of the CAI application.

This three-year project aims to migrate critical public-complaint resolution functionality to a new system while preserving core capabilities. The role requires strong process-improvement skills, collaboration with a Product Manager, Data Modeler, developers, and Product Owner, plus robust testing to verify changes are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Document the existing requirements of the CAI application and verify all key functionality is accounted for.
• Prioritizes requirements, link them to legislative/policy requirements where applicable
• Work with the various business units and make recommendations for system improvements.
• Propose new features that bring business value to the system.
• Work directly with the Product Manager in the translation of business requirements into clear user stories and define the acceptance criteria.
• Assist in analyzing technical approaches (including potential platform, architecture, and integration decisions) as needed.
• Work with the Product Manager as needed to assist in assuring business requirements is clearly understood by the technical delivery team.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts related to the modernized solution as needed.
• Ensure the product aligns with Commonwealth and PA PUC standards for security, accessibility (WCAG), data privacy, and compliance.
• Help identify risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Provide regular status updates and recommendations to IT leadership and business sponsors.
