Cloud and Things seeks a Lead Business Analyst to modernize complex legacy applications within an Integrated Eligibility System. You will lead requirements, user stories, backlog management, and Agile practices while partnering with product owners, stakeholders, and tech teams in a hybrid New York setting.

The role requires extensive experience in requirements analysis, backlog development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on health and human services programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on complex projects with leadership as a Business Analyst.
• 10+ years of experience identifying, documenting, and validating requirements across multiple projects.
• 7+ years in an Agile or hybrid Agile environment.
• 1+ year in Integrated Eligibility System programs in Health and Human Services.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional/non-functional analyses, and risk/gap analyses.
• Experience with product owners, stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, system, and non-functional requirements.
• Extract and document legacy system functionality and business rules.
• Develop clear user stories based on requirements and roadmaps.
• Build and maintain product backlogs with product owners.
• Review current-state systems and perform future-state analyses for modernization.
• Collaborate with architects and technology teams on architecture and integration.
