Arc Aspicio LLC in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Homeland Security) to support clients with stakeholder engagement, planning, governance, and project management. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility access and at least 6 years in business analysis, plus 3 years in federal programs focusing on critical infrastructure.

Hybrid work occurs at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely, with residency in the Washington, DC area

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, program analysis, or related Federal consulting work.
• 3 years supporting Federal programs with focus on critical infrastructure
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility access
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage milestones

Responsibilities

• Own and lead workstreams, engaging directly with clients
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple industries daily
• Develop governance artifacts, including charters, membership structures, process flowcharts, and action trackers
• Support strategic planning and policy analysis to drive progress and identify tradeoffs
• Communicate and coordinate messaging, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with clients to solve problems and deliver outstanding service
• Apply consulting, business analysis, and communication skills to identify problems and propose solutions
