Job summary
SHR, a premier technology integrator, seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Paris, VA. You will lead requirements discovery for FEMA cloud and data programs, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards, and bridge business and technical teams.
You will conduct workshops, develop detailed specifications, and guide UAT and stakeholder communications. This role requires 7+ years' experience and strong analytical capabilities in cloud/data ecosystems, with security clearance
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional requirements development.
- Familiarity with FEMA cloud, data, and IT programs.
- Knowledge of FISMA, NIST 800-53 standards.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional requirements development and enterprise-level analysis.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap analyses, and reengineering.
- Develop user stories, epics, and functional specifications.
- Support UAT planning, readiness, and execution.
- Provide executive-level briefings and technical communications.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
