Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Digital Technology (Remote)

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Overview

This position is aligned with our Digital Strategy group, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management. It involves high-level analysis, data expertise, and strategic assessment of factors affecting business profitability, growth, and efficiency. Responsibilities include evaluating current practices, industry trends, creating specifications, developing process improvements, and participating in analytical projects and technical reporting. The role may also include leadership responsibilities within the work group.

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Process and Control Documentation, including process and control inventory.
• Follow up on risk appetite, KI breaches, and risk reporting anomalies; execute mitigation plans.
• Maintain issues in Archer and ensure compliance with Governance, Risk & Compliance standards, with support from the Digital Business Risk & Controls Advisory team.
• Serve as business continuity plan owner, administrator, or coordinator.
• Conduct control testing and provide feedback on Risk & Control Self Assessments.
• Coordinate business risk projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Analytics, modeling, or reporting OR a High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience. Skills include proficiency in SAS applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Process Management, Control Documentation, and RCSA.
• Experience with Issue Management and Business Risk Reporting.
• Experience with Archer and Business Continuity Planning.
• Partnering with Risk & Control Advisory teams and coordinating Risk Projects.
• Acting as a Data Steward.
