A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in West Point, NE. Successful candidates will be responsible for configuring and supporting the manufacturing productivity system, while ensuring that business needs are met through strong analytical skills. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure the manufacturing productivity system (Seeq) for various operations
- Update and modify existing site configurations to meet business needs
- Provide support for the Manufacturing Productivity system and troubleshoot user issues
- Assist with data analysis and testing of data interfaces using SQL
- Define and manage training content for product users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with advanced industrial analytics
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Manufacturing expertise, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Seeq and BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI)
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems such as MES and PI
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
