What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure the manufacturing productivity system (Seeq) for various operations including Drug Substance and Drug Product
- Update and modify existing site configurations based on business needs
- Provide ongoing support for the Manufacturing Productivity system, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues
- Assist in data analysis for manufacturing system integrations and debugging/testing using SQL
- Manage technical and business dependencies to ensure effective implementation of Operations Orchestration applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with advanced industrial analytics and strong knowledge of probability and statistics
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with non-technical personnel
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions independently
- Experience working in Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement with a digital and innovative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Manufacturing expertise, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Seeq software including Workbench, Organizer, Data Lab & Vantage
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Spotfire
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems like MES and PI
