What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure the manufacturing productivity system (Seeq based) for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Packaging operations
- Update and modify existing manufacturing site configurations as per business needs
- Provide ongoing support for the Manufacturing Productivity system and Seeq platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Assist with data analysis for manufacturing system integrations and debugging/testing of data interfaces using SQL
- Define and manage critical content for training and communication for product users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with advanced industrial analytics
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate digital concepts to non-technical personnel
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and innovation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Manufacturing expertise, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Seeq Workbench, Seeq Organizer, Seeq Data Lab & Seeq Vantage
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Spotfire
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems like MES and Pi
