What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure the manufacturing productivity system (Seeq based) for various operations
- Update and modify existing manufacturing site configurations based on business needs
- Provide support for the Manufacturing Productivity system and troubleshoot user issues
- Assist with data analysis for manufacturing system integrations and debugging/testing
- Enable effective implementation and adoption of Operation Orchestration applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with advanced industrial analytics
- Strong ability to translate business needs to technical requirements
- Proficient in Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Manufacturing expertise, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in Seeq, including various tools like Seeq Workbench and Seeq Data Lab
- Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Spotfire
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems like MES and PI
