Robotics Technologies LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support business and technology change for an oil and gas client. You will work with commercial, operational and technology teams to understand current processes, identify what must change, and turn findings into clear requirements for delivery teams.

This hands-on role covers the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through solution design, testing and implementation.

Competenze

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Map current and future processes with data flows.
• Translate needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and testers.
• Identify risks and gaps in processes and data.
• Define traceability from requirements to testing.
• Ability to work independently with ambiguity.
• Experience in energy sector and biofuels exposure.

• Map current and future processes, documenting handovers, business rules, controls and data flows across teams and systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with subject matter experts, architects, developers and testers to evaluate solution options, clarify requirements and assess impact.
• Identify risks, dependencies and gaps in processes, data or systems and address them with stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing by defining scenarios and coordinating business input.
• Maintain traceability from business requirements through to testing and sign-off.
