Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to collect functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gather and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Bridge the gap between Development and Business teams to ensure alignment.
• Create training materials and user manuals; conduct training sessions as needed.
• Identify development areas and help the project team anticipate challenges.
• Promote continuous improvement and manage scope to protect timelines and budgets.
