This role requires an experienced professional to manage Jira and Confluence while supporting digital banking projects. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a college degree or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote team environment, with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Jira Project Board and respond in a timely manner.
• Create, manage, and support administrative functions associated with Project Management Tools.
• Provide support for PLC/SDLC governance.
• Train end-users on tools supported.
• Support and/or participate in all phases of user acceptance testing.
