Job summary

Fastechnowiz Solutions LLC is seeking a business analyst to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and functional specs. You will document both functional and non-functional requirements, UI/UX considerations, and acceptance criteria, while supporting QA validation and stakeholder communication.

The role requires experience with Agile, Scrum or Lean, data analysis using SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and process modeling in Visio.

Qualifications

Experience in documenting and maintaining both functional and non-functional business requirements, as well as UI/UX specifications.
Experience applying requirements analysis methodologies using Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean frameworks to capture business needs and define objectives, goals, and expected outcomes.
Experience in business process modeling, including documenting workflows using swim lane diagrams, entity diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
Experience performing QA analysis, including testing, validating, and ensuring requirements meet expectations.
Experience in data analysis using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to define business problems and contribute to solutions.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (IIBA, Six Sigma, AIC).
Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Subject7, and Mabl to support testing.
