Job summary

Global Information Technology is seeking a Business Analyst 3 for a hybrid role in Lansing, MI. The contract position requires deep BA experience, including Agile tool usage, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive clear requirements and test planning.

The candidate will work with Product Owners, PMs, Developers, QA, and UX/UI teams, contributing to as-is/to-be process documentation and product roadmaps in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
• Experience creating and managing epics, features, user stories, and backlogs.
• Strong understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles.
• Experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear requirements.
• Experience creating test plans and supporting QA activities.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, UX/UI, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and roadmaps.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.

• 5+ years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements.
• Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.
• Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience creating product roadmaps.
• Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio is preferred.
• 2+ years of QA experience is preferred.
