Responsibilities

• Lead SOP development for commercial activities and drive adoption.
• Support contract administration and financial modeling with advanced analyses.
• Serve as SME for CRM and commercial systems; lead trainings.
• Set and monitor data governance standards and KPI reporting.
• Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Mentor Junior Analysts and lead cross-functional projects.
