Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing roles.
• Experience in boutique consulting or product teams with heavy client interaction.
• Proven ability to translate complex client needs into structured specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication bridging business and technical teams.
• Experience across multi-disciplinary workstreams (software, training, enablement).
