Qualifications

• Professional experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, chief of staff, or related field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Event Management: Support the Chief of Staff in preparing the CAO for major policy convenings and travel.
• Executive Support: Prepare briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
• Operations: Create and maintain tools to track open action items and meeting requests; support CAO planning and leadership reporting.
• Communications & Culture: Support CAO Town Halls and culture-building events.
• Travel Support: Collaborate on agendas for CAO travel and market visits.
