Job summary

Digital Technology Solutions in Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Azure DevOps) to partner with Product Owners and stakeholders. You will support discovery, process analysis, UAT, training readiness, and backlog management in Azure DevOps to ensure solutions meet business needs and are adopted by end users.

The role requires strong experience in requirements, documentation, Agile SCRUM, and backlog management, with CBAP certification preferred.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users
6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation
4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies
3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools
CBAP Certification (new requirement)

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine product backlogs and requirements
Develop end-to-end business and system interaction diagrams
Coordinate UAT execution with business stakeholders and track results
Prepare training materials, job aids, and process documentation
Support backlog traceability between requirements and delivery and assist with dashboards and reporting
