Qualifications

• Hands-on requirements elicitation, specification, and documentation that developers can build from without guessing.
• Fluency in Agile delivery: user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and prioritization as daily practice.
• The analytical range to move from business process reengineering to system-level analysis of issues and bugs.
• The precision to work where accuracy and auditability are not optional.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with product owners, customers, key stakeholders, and end users to elicit and specify requirements.
• Developing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitating product backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Assisting product owners in defining the product scope, vision, and roadmap.
• Conducting business process analysis, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering; or
• Providing system analysis and subject-matter expertise on issues and bugs.
