Job summary
Peregrine Advisors LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements for Agile delivery teams. You will elicit requirements from stakeholders, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide QA validation and backlog prioritization.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of IT business analysis, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business analysis experience on IT programs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
- Experience planning and executing QA validation, including test-case design, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, and defect tracking.
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in writing, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for an Agile delivery team.
- Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and execute QA validation, including test cases and UAT.
- Coordinate backlog refinement and prioritization with stakeholders.
- Define product scope, vision, and roadmap with product owners.
