Ascentt is building cutting-edge data analytics and AI/ML solutions for global automotive and manufacturing leaders. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive business planning and delivery capabilities within an enterprise platform.

You will partner with product leadership, client stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while guiding QA and UAT across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise tech.
• Translate complex needs into functional requirements.
• Lead client/work sessions with stakeholders.
• Create testable acceptance criteria and user stories.
• Collaborate across distributed teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with client stakeholders and workshops to uncover needs.
• Translate needs into structured requirements, journeys, and user stories.
• Maintain traceability from needs to tests and feedback.
• Refine backlogs with distributed development teams.
• Define test scenarios and review QA test cases.
• Prepare teams for UAT and validation sessions.
• Triage client feedback and drive resolution with owners.
• Provide readiness recommendations and inform product refinements.
• Develop evaluation scenarios for AI-assisted capabilities.
