Job summary

Spectrum Comm Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead the Department of the Air Force Modernized Process Model (MPM) integration and modernization efforts.

You will direct complex process models and knowledge-management tools, coordinating across SAF organizations. You will oversee updates within 5 business days of government approval, deliver on-demand virtual training, and manage the MPM AI Prompt Library lifecycle to align prompts with current guidance and user roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in business analysis or equivalent
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or MIS, or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience
• CBAP certification preferred
• Secret security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Direct operation, maintenance, and training for the MPM reflecting current acquisition laws and guidance
• Oversee MPM tool maintenance, updating within 5 business days of approval
• Review new acquisition guidance and implement MPM updates within 5 business days
• Coordinate government-directed working groups to review planned MPM updates
• Direct on-demand virtual MPM training for the acquisition workforce
• Manage lifecycle of the MPM AI Prompt Library and related AI-enabled workflows
