Job summary

Spectrum Comm Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead acquisition integration and modernization tasks around the Department of the Air Force's Modernized Process Model (MPM). You will direct operations, maintenance, and training programs and coordinate cross-agency collaboration.

The role requires directing MPM updates, reviewing new guidance, and supervising the AI prompt library lifecycle. A Secret clearance and CBAP are required, with a master's or equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's with equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or MIS.
• CBAP certification.
• Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct operation, maintenance, and training for the Modernized Process Model (MPM), ensuring alignment with acquisition laws and guidance.
• Oversee MPM tool maintenance, incorporate updates, and remove obsolete content with timely government-approved changes.
• Review new acquisition guidance and implement MPM updates within 5 business days of publication.
• Coordinate government-directed working groups with SAF/AQX to review planned MPM updates and document actions.
• Direct on-demand virtual MPM training for the acquisition workforce, including onboarding and update sessions.
• Supervise lifecycle management of the MPM AI Prompt Library and AI-enabled workflows.

Position Summary

The Senior Business Analyst leads acquisition integration and modernization tasks centered on the Department of the Air Force's Modernized Process Model (MPM). This senior-level role directs complex process models and knowledge management tools and coordinates technical collaboration across Air Force organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the operation, maintenance, and training program for the Modernized Process Model (MPM), ensuring it reflects current acquisition laws, regulations, and Government-approved guidance.
• Oversee MPM tool maintenance, incorporating approved updates and removing obsolete content, with routine updates completed within 5 business days of Government approval.
• Review newly issued acquisition guidance and implement approved MPM updates within 5 business days of publication.
• Coordinate and facilitate Government-directed working groups with SAF/AQX to review planned MPM updates and document approved actions.
• Direct on-demand virtual MPM training for the acquisition workforce, including onboarding for new users and update sessions on recent changes.
• Supervise the lifecycle management of the MPM AI Prompt Library and associated AI-enabled workflows, aligning reusable prompts and workflows with current guidance, MPM content, and user roles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 10 years
• Education: Master's degree, or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Finance, or MIS
