Southland Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Finance & Accounting Technologies, to bridge Finance, Operations, and Technology & Innovation. The role focuses on accounting, job costing, and operational workflows within an ERP modernization effort.

Business Enterprise Solutions (BES) team is a part of the Corporate Technology & Innovation department focusing on key enterprise business solutions to support our company business objectives.
The Senior Business Analyst, Finance & Accounting – serves as the primary liaison between Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Technology & Innovation department to support, optimize, and continuously improve the organization's Accounting, Job Costing, and Operational workflows. This role aligns closely with Southland's ongoing enterprise ERP innovation and automation initiatives.The position supports both day-to-day operational needs and strategic transformation initiatives while helping support and mature Southland's capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, inventory, accounts payable, job costing, ERP systems, and construction operations. This individual serves as a trusted business partner who can translate business challenges into practical technology solutions while driving process improvement, operational efficiency, reporting maturity, and data-driven decision-making.
This position reports to the Director of Finance & Accounting Technologies.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California/Washington this ranges from $83,000.00 - $142,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
