Job summary

Voyatek is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to gather, clarify, and document requirements for CAPMAN system changes while analyzing workflows and data impacts. You will prepare clear deliverables and collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment across teams.

The role supports UAT, answers stakeholder questions, and provides subject matter guidance on CAPMAN processes. A discretionary bonus is possible, with comprehensive benefits and a fast-moving release schedule.

Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Business Analyst within our team. Please note that this position requires a commitment to full-time employment and is not open to contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for CAPMAN system changes.
• Analyze business workflows, data impacts, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Prepare clear, concise deliverables such as requirement summaries, process flows, and impact notes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and operations to ensure shared understanding of changes.
• Support UAT by validating expected behavior, reviewing defects, and helping stakeholders test effectively.
• Respond to stakeholder questions and provide subject matter guidance on CAPMAN processes.
• Review reports, files, and data outputs to confirm accuracy and highlight issues or gaps.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Solid understanding of data flows, file inputs/outputs, and system dependencies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to spot inconsistencies or missing logic.
• Ability to work independently on a fast moving release schedule.
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non technical teams.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate Stakeholder communication and relationships across different divisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Agile or Hybrid development methodologies
• Knowledge of Medicaid or Eligibility
• Productivity/Collaboration & Office Suites: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint)

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $110,000.00 - $160,000.00.
This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level 04 individual contributor in a Business Analysis & Design position.
