Description

Job Summary :

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between the business and project teams, focusing on developing project requirements and application changes. With a strong business acumen, this role will support business activities by fostering relationships, validating business needs, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes. The position entails managing change artifacts to ensure alignment with stakeholders, process owners, and project teams across various applications and user groups.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct Business Process Analysis to establish a core understanding of business needs.
• Translate end-user requirements into software application solutions across functional groups.
• Develop and document testing approaches and test plans while coordinating testing efforts.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business, information technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a Business / Systems Analysis role, with some Utilities / Energy industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to identify technical solutions.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and collaboration skills.
