Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes to enhance our business operations, with a focus on mortgage lending and integrations.
• Lead testing and QA processes to ensure successful implementation of new systems and enhancements, resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Analyze our business operations and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Stay updated with latest trends in the tech services industry to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tech services industry.
• Extensive experience with mortgage lending and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of development processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience in testing and QA, with attention to detail and quality.
• Solid understanding of REST API and API concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
