Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Customer Transformation Business Analyst for a 1-year W2 contract in Columbus, OH. The role is hybrid on-site 3x per week and focuses on improving digital customer experiences across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, SMEs, and vendors to streamline processes, develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis or digital platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, payments, and FICA.
• Strong analytical skills and UAT experience.
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading energy provider, is hiring a Customer Transformation Business Analyst. This is hyrbid on site 3x a week.

In this role, you will support a Customer Transformation program by managing business requirements and helping improve digital customer experiences across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms. You will partner with business leaders, IT teams, SMEs, and vendors to streamline processes, develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital experiences by supporting the development and improvement of customer-facing websites, mobile apps, chatbots, and other digital channels.
• Drive business requirements by partnering with business leaders, IT teams, SMEs, and vendors to define requirements, improve workflows, and support project delivery.
• Lead testing and validation by developing UAT scenarios, coordinating testing, documenting defects, and confirming solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business analysis or digital platforms.
• Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, payments, and FICA experience.
• Strong analytical skills and UAT experience.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
