Managing Director at Leeds Professional Resources

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us improve how we manage inventory, logistics, and purchasing. You’ll work with different teams to analyze data and make suggestions that boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Main Duties:

• Review sales, inventory, spoilage, and shipping data to spot trends and suggest improvements
• Help forecast product demand and support purchasing and restocking plans
• Build reports and dashboards to share insights with the team
• Work with operations, finance, and sales to improve supply chain processes
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis tied to inventory and profit margins
• Share findings and ideas with leadership to guide planning

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in food, logistics, or consumer goods
• Strong Excel skills and experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and visualizing data
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with perishable products is a big plus
