Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis, analytics, BI, or related client-facing roles.
• Advanced SQL, advanced Excel, and proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI; able to independently validate data.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, KPI calculations, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, stakeholder workshops, and business intake; challenge assumptions, prioritize opportunities, and align business and technology teams.
• Define KPI strategies, measurement frameworks, business cases, and opportunity sizing to support growth, product strategy, and revenue-related decisions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights; communicate recommendations and trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into functional and data requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPI definitions, and reporting specifications.
• Partners with architects, data engineers, BI developers, and product teams on data sources, models, transformation logic, integrations, and solution feasibility.
• Own analytics validation, data reconciliation, UAT, dashboard quality, documentation, governance alignment, and business adoption; support Agile delivery.

THE ROLE

We seek a client-facing Senior Business Analyst who combines strategic analytics, hands-on data skills, and strong business–technology translation. The role partners with senior business, product, and technology stakeholders to define KPI strategies, uncover growth opportunities, turn complex data into executive-ready recommendations, and guide analytics solutions from discovery through adoption.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in business analysis, analytics, business intelligence, or related roles; proven client-facing engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL, advanced Excel, and strong working proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI; ability to independently investigate and validate data.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, KPI calculations, statistical analysis, and data quality principles.
• Ability to connect business strategy with technical delivery, lead cross-functional discussions, and present compelling insights to executives.
• Experience with requirements management, Jira, Agile practices, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end analytics delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Banking, payments, treasury management, financial services, or FinTech experience; exposure to Alteryx, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or SAP BusinessObjects; relevant Tableau or analytics certifications
