Job summary

Incedo Inc. in Florham Park, NJ seeks a Lead Data Scientist to architect GenAI and LLM-powered solutions, including GPT-4, LLaMA, and RAG pipelines for customer query resolution, search, and risk narration across telecom and banking sectors.

You will lead multidomain predictive modeling using deep learning, anomaly detection, and 5G telemetry, while building AML and financial risk models and driving enterprise-scale MLOps/LLMOps on cloud platforms, plus GenAI BI dashboards and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years' experience in data science or related field.
• Experience with ML/DL, time-series, BI in telecom or banking domains.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems, NLP pipelines, and cloud MLOps/LLMOps.

Responsibilities

Role Description

Title :Lead Data Scientist

Duties:

Incedo, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities include: architecting and deploying GenAI and LLM-powered systems -including GPT-4, LLaMA, and RAG pipelines to automate customer query resolution, document search, and risk narrative generation across telecom and banking verticals. Leading multidomain predictive modeling frameworks leveraging deep learning, anomaly detection, and 5G network telemetry for real-time network optimization, while building Al-driven AML and financial risk models using graph neural networks and LLM-assisted transaction analysis to ensure BSA/AML regulatory compliance. Spearhead enterprise-scale MLOps and LLMOps pipelines on AWS/Azure/GCP, design GenAl-driven BI dashboards for executive reporting, and mentor cross-functional data science teams across the full AI lifecycle.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Experience must include: machine learning, Deep learning, Time-series analysis, and Business Intelligence across Telecom or Banking domains using Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch); hands-on experience with LLMS, RAG systems, and NLP pipelines (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex) alongside scalable MLOps/LLMOps on cloud platforms and AML or financial risk model development; GenAI agent development, LLM fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF, LORA/PEFT), and Big data frameworks, such as Apache Spark. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.

Job Site: Florham Park, NJ; 40 hours/week; $172,994 /year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
