INNOCEAN USA is seeking a Senior Business Affairs Manager in Huntington Beach, CA, to join the Legal & Business Affairs team. This long-term, on-going freelance role offers hybrid work with local on-site days and competitive benefits.

You will oversee production, contracting, licensing, and risk management for a diverse client roster. You will work with account teams to scope and screen potential legal issues, negotiate talent agreements, and ensure licensing compliance across digital content

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years related experience in advertising or commercial production.
• Strong knowledge of copyright, trademark, and licensing in entertainment/advertising law.
• Experience reviewing licenses/clearances and negotiating talent agreements, SAG-related contracts.

Candidate MUST be local to SoCal.SUMMARY OF POSITIONThis position provides the unique opportunity to join the Legal & Business Affairs team at an agency with an abundant portfolio of global experience, spearheading the realization of new ideas & creativity.As a member of the team, you will be managing all business facets of integrated commercial production across IUS's client roster, including production and talent contracting, licensing and clearances, budget administration, scoping legal issues, interpreting the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract as it relates to specific productions.
