Job summary

Darigold, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Procurement Manager in Seattle to lead the liquid bulk transportation network, negotiate hauler contracts, and drive cost-effective, compliant milk movements. You will oversee a planning team and partner with Planning, Operations and Commercial teams.

The role requires 10+ years in dairy/logistics, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to improve efficiency and sustainability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 10+ years in dairy, transportation, logistics or related field.
• Experience with regulatory requirements for dairy products (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management or similar TMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between regional bulk milk haulers and plant operations.
• Source and negotiate contracts with bulk haulers for interplant and commercial activities.
• Lead the Bulk Milk Hauling Transportation Planning Team and resolve escalated operational issues.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives and monitor performance metrics across network.
