Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
