Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician in Auburn Hills, Michigan to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and project tasks within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, assist with installations, and manage work orders while ensuring energy efficiency and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Meet physical requirements: lift 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Strong organizational mindset and curiosity.
