Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility/plant maintenance with leadership experience.
• 2+ years of trade schooling in electrical design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation.
• Ability to analyze system operations, determine causes of problems, and take corrective action.
• Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on shift and direct service requests with minimal disruption.
• Implement and supervise preventative maintenance scheduling and inventory management.
• Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Check malfunctioning equipment and determine corrective action to restore operation.
• Provide training and supervision to operations staff on tools and troubleshooting procedures.
